The Story Behind the Design
I’ve always been fascinated by the beauty of crochet patterns, especially those that incorporate nature-inspired designs. The Flower Oversized Top is my first tapestry crochet pattern, and it was a joy to design. The idea of a flower blossoming up from the waist seemed like a beautiful and bold statement piece. I wanted something that felt both artistic and wearable, and this top turned out to be just that.
The design process was quite an adventure. Crafting the chart for the flower on the front panel took a lot of meticulous work, but seeing the final product made it all worth it. I’m really proud of how it turned out, and I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did.
