Welcome to Loops Only! By using this site or purchasing my patterns, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, email me at support@loopsonly.com — I reply personally.

Digital items

All crochet patterns are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll get instant access to the files. No physical items are shipped.

Refunds & issues

All sales are final due to the digital nature of patterns. If there’s a problem, email me at support@loopsonly.com and I’ll fix it. Refunds are only considered in rare, exceptional circumstances.

Personal use

Patterns are for your personal use only. You’re welcome to sell finished items you make. Please credit Loops Only as the original designer. Mass production, sharing, or reselling the patterns is not allowed.

Accounts

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and letting me know if there’s any unauthorized use.

Newsletter & community

When you sign up for the newsletter, you’ll get updates, offers, and community news. It’s about staying inspired and connected. You can opt out anytime.

Mobile terms of service

The Loops Only mobile message service (the "SMS Service") is operated by Loops Only ("Loops Only", "I", or "me"). Your use of the SMS Service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms and conditions. I may modify or cancel the SMS Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the SMS Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Geographic availability and limitations

The SMS Service is currently available in specific countries and regions, subject to carrier registration and verification status. SMS messages may be delivered to mobile numbers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and Luxembourg.

If you provide a mobile number from a country or region where the SMS Service is not available, you will not receive SMS communications, even if you have opted in. You will still receive email communications if you have consented to email marketing. SMS Service availability may change as carrier registrations and verifications are completed or modified. I am not responsible for non-delivery of SMS messages to regions where the service is unavailable or where carrier restrictions prevent delivery. You may verify whether your country is eligible for the SMS Service by contacting support@loopsonly.com before opting in.

By consenting to Loops Only's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Loops Only through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Loops Only. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

I do not charge for the SMS Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the SMS Service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages, or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Loops Only mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For SMS Service support or assistance, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or email support@loopsonly.com.

I may change any short code or telephone number I use to operate the SMS Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number I have changed may not be received and I will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the SMS Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide me with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that I will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the SMS Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or SMS Service.

All patterns, photos, and content on this site are original and protected by copyright. Please don’t copy, scrape, or reuse them without permission.

Prohibited uses

Don’t misuse this site or its content. No illegal activities, scraping, or shady stuff like training AI on my patterns. Let’s keep it respectful and fair.

Updates

Patterns may get updated or improved over time. When that happens, I’ll send you the latest version on platforms that allow it, and you will be notified via the email you used at the time of purchase.

Liability

My store is powered by Shopify, which provides secure payment processing and infrastructure. While I rely on Shopify’s secure systems, Loops Only is not responsible for rare technical issues or losses beyond my control. All products and services are provided “as is.”
