All products sold are digital crochet patterns (downloads). No physical items are shipped.
All sales are final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your payment is confirmed, you instantly receive access to your files, and they cannot be exchanged.
File issues or errors
If there is a problem with your download (e.g., corrupted or missing files), contact me at support@loopsonly.com and I’ll fix it as soon as possible.
Exceptional circumstances
While refunds are not generally offered, I review requests on a case-by-case basis if a technical issue cannot be resolved.
