So fresh and pretty for springtime (or anytime). You’ll love using it for your keys, of course, but it also just makes an adorable bag charm when attached to the handy clip.

Instructions

Flower (make 2)

Worked in rounds.

Row 2: INC 6-times. < 12 sc >

Continue on to the petals

Row 3: ch1, turn, INC, 4 sc. < 6 sc >

Row 4: slst in next st of the circle, turn, 5 sc, INC in last st. < 7 sc >

Row 8: slst in next st of the circle, turn, 4 sc, DEC in last 2 sts. < 5 sc >

Row 9: ch1, turn, DEC, 3 sc. < 4 sc >

2 slsts in next 2 sts of the circle. Repeat rows 1-9 until you have 5 petals.

Finish off on the first flower.

Finish off on the second flower leaving a long tail for sewing both flowers together – 50 cm/ 20 inch.

Pin flowers on top of each other making sure each petal is in the windows of the other flower.  Sew together going around the circle. Before finishing off stuff the circle and sew in end. Finish off.

Make a chain in between both flowers: ch15, cut yarn leaving a 50 cm / 20 inch tail. Insert the o-ring and slst back starting in the 2nd ch from the hook. Finish off.
