Hello everyone! After the lovely response to my crochet heart, I’m excited to bring you another beginner-friendly project – a simple crochet bow. This easy pattern is similar to the heart in its simplicity and elegance, and it’s perfect for adding a charming touch to your projects or as a standalone accessory.
Materials Needed:
For this project, choose any yarn and hook you like. Similar to the heart, the size of your bow will vary based on the yarn weight and hook size you choose, offering great flexibility for different looks and purposes.
Written Instructions for the Bow:
- Start by chaining 3 (ch 3).
- In the first chain of the ch 3, work the following stitches:
- 3 double crochets (dc)
- Chain 2, then make a slip stitch in the beginning chain.
- Chain 2 again, then add 3 more double crochets (dc).
- Chain 2 once more, and finish with a slip stitch in the beginning chain.
To finish, tighten the beginning tail to close the bow.
And just like that, you have a cute little bow!
Creating Your Bow:
This pattern is as simple as it gets, making it a perfect project for beginners. The bow can be used to embellish headbands, gifts, or even as a cute addition to your crochet projects.
