The Double Crochet Bracelet started out as a quick tutorial on YouTube and it turned into a hit! So many of you asked for a written version that I had to make it into a full pattern.

It’s worked in just one row, fully adjustable, and easy to customize with your favorite yarn and button.

  • This pattern includes a full video tutorial linked on the front page for steps that are easier to show than tell.
  • In the tutorial I used 2 strands of yarn held together, but that’s optional. For a thinner bracelet, use a single strand. For a thicker bracelet, choose a bulkier yarn. The instructions will guide you to adjust the size so it fits you perfectly.
  • Make sure the yarn fits through the buttonholes so you can attach the button.
  • The button size isn’t important — choose whichever you like. The instructions are written so your button will fit perfectly.
  • Use a smaller hook size for a sturdier bracelet and neater results.
