This dress is made by crocheting individual pinwheel granny squares and joining them into two panels - one for the front and one for the back. The top edge of each panel is finished with a simple edging, then the straps are worked from the front panel and attached to the back panel. The sleeve openings are marked before the sides are seamed, and the dress is finished with decorative borders around the armholes and hem. Pockets are added before closing the side seams.
